Crossfire

Crossfire is a first-person shooter developed by South Korean FPS SmileGate. Neowiz is the Korean publisher of the game, while Z8Games manages the servers for US, UK and Canada.

Most of the modes available to play are based around the conflict between “Black List” and “Global Risk”.

With the exception of Zombie Mode, all the other modes can have up to 16 players, 8 on each team.
Crossfire can be played for free; also players have the possibility to earn Game Points (GP) in order to acquire other weapons depending on his/her current rank. Premium and special items can be bought with points obtained using real money.

The game also offers a black market feature for players to try their luck with GP or Z8 Points and win some of the goods the crates have to offer.
These crates can also offer permanent weapons with good statistics.

Crossfire offers many modes to play so that players can choose what they enjoy most.
More info about modes can be found here.

If you are not familiar with FPS games then you don't have to worry because Crossfire offers you a basic training tutorial for you to get used to controls and shooting.

You can also start playing on the rookie channel if you're not confident enough with your skills and improve by playing several matches. Keep in mind that all of your statistics will be saved, so if you want to have a nice ratio on your profile, try and do your best.

By doing a certain amount of kills with a type of weapon (e.g. shotgun, pistol etc.) you can earn some badges which will be displayed next to your name when joining a channel.
